This research is based on Berry et al. 4 models to create new market through service innovation. Starting from the 4 models, this research will inquire the methods that company use to do service innovation. The research uses case studies research method. First of all, we understand the model of how the company do the service innovation by collecting the secondary data. Then, we have an interview with the employee of the company in order to complement the secondary data The study results are as followings: first, for the convenience store, inseparable service type is a better way to do service innovation. Secondly. for the financial industry is suitable for both separable and inseparable service types. Thirdly. telecommunication corporations are suitable for separable service type.
