Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東商業技術學院 === 資訊工程系(所) === 101 === A next-generation communication protocol, called FlexRay, has been proposed for in-vehicle networks. An in-vehicle network usually consists of a bus and a collection electronic control units. With the advanced x-by-wire technique, the FlexRay can provides an opportunity to build smart cars with safe-critical applications. Compare with other existing protocols for in-vehicle networks, the FlexRay provides higher transferring bandwidth in addition to high reliability and security. In this thesis, we are interested in message scheduling for FlexRay systems. Based on the well-known rate-monotonic scheduling algorithm, an approach is proposed for scheduling messages in dynamic segments of cycles in a FlexRay communication network. Based on a series of experiments, encourage results have been obtained. Applications for future smart cars can be developed based on the results of this thesis.
