碩士 === 南開科技大學 === 福祉科技與服務管理所 === 101 === The thesis is divided into two systems, dietary nutritional care platform and RFID dishes cuisine nutrition system. These two systems share the same dietary nutritional database which stores the user's basic information and ingredients, and recipes of nutrients dietary information. Dietary nutritional care platform provides long-term care center residents with a more efficient personalized menu. This menu provides the analysis based on food preferences and nutritional status of the residents, which help screen the menu automatically for residents, and therefore, reduce time-consuming manual processes. By using RFID electronic scales and electronic dishes, RFID dishes are integrated with the cuisine nutrition system so that during ingredients weighing scale and distribution of food to the plate, the chef instantly know the meals cooked, and if allocation of food meets the end-users’ needs. End users only need to place the allocated cooking dishes on electronic scales, and they can instantly know the total own meal intake nutrition.
