Summary: | 碩士 === 南開科技大學 === 電子工程研究所 === 101 === Navigation is one of smart living, there is much wisdom in science and technology applied in navigation systems, which has the advantages of low-cost, simple production of a two-dimensional bar code, called Quick Response Code (QR Code) to be used in navigation on the most common, such as posters or exhibits. Using this method, however, there are many disadvantages, for example: only read data, need to open the camera lens and detection job for a long time.
This thesis is to improve some of the shortcomings of the two-dimensional bar code for navigation systems. Near-Field communications (NFC), also known as the short-range wireless communications is selected to develop navigation systems, the NFC has many advantages, including read and write data, without having to open the camera lens, and detection having shorter time, etc. The NFC is suitable for the applications in used in the Exhibition Center or Museum. In order to enhance the convenience and efficiency of the public for visitors, the system consisting of the NFC phone, NFC tags and micro applications (APPs) is designed. A low cost and high efficient navigation way can be considered in this system. The main function of our system contains NFC positioning and displaying navigation information read from NFC tags. Our APP is to process and display information on a smartphone. Because the kinds of simple navigation system are used, allowing visitors using NFC smartphones do a simple and easy navigation job. The main advantage of this system is that the navigation process does not need to reading information through the network and complete the navigation job only read information from the tag.
