| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 視覺設計學系 === 101 === This work utilizes digital Motion Graphics Design to perform the topic of “Respecting and Kindly Treating Stray Animals”. The main four concepts in this work including “Do not abandon”, “Treat Stray Animals friendly”, “Do not buy, adopt instead”, and “Ligation, No Killing”. Five serial episodes are contained in this work to make the audience understand more easily what cause the stray animal become an issue, the current state of this issue, and how to solve the stray animal problem in a humanitarian way. To accomplish the goal of this work, the review of related references on Motion Graphics Design, the theories of the protection of stray animals needs to be done first, and then the inspiration of this work was stimulated by analyzing them. The following steps were to visualize the idea: scenario and script building, motion graphics designing and background music editing. In the final part, the elements created in the previous step were modified and integrated together to a 2D digital film which comprised succinct sentences and real pictures with lovely characters to improve the readability.
Motion Graphics Design is a motion type of graphic design, which combines beauty and design elements. Motion Graphics Design has been developed rapidly and widely applied in diverse fields recently. By using Motion Graphics Design technique, which differs from the general publicizing skill, this work makes a serious issue about stray animals more interesting to attract the public paying more attention to it. In addition, the concept/idea can be disseminated more easily and efficiently when digital film is used to achieve the goal that more people concern and understand the issue of stray animals, furthermore, putting the “Respecting and Kindly Treating Stray Animals” into practice.
