The subjects of the study were the students in Senior high schools and Vocational Schools in Tainan City. This research used as investigation tools “physical education Teachers’ leadership style” and “Students’ Learning Satisfaction at physical education” both of which were made by the author himself. A simple of 540 students was collected, and 436 responses were valid. By using descriptive statistics, Hotelling Trace, one-way MANOVA, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation to process all the data. The findings of this research were as followed: 1. The students’ perception of physical education teachers’ leadership style of senior high school and vocational schools were good. Among all the levels of leadership style, the level of “positive management”, “transactional leadership and reward” and “charm and inspiration” got the second highest, and the last was the level of “negative management”. 2. The students’ perception of learning satisfaction at physical education of senior high school and vocational school was good. Among all the level of learning satisfaction, the level of “teachers’ teaching beliefs” and “peer relations” got the highest scores. The last was the level of “administration”. 3. The level of the students’ perception of physical education teachers’ leadership style showed differences in the facets of students’ gender, teachers’ gender, and scale of school. 3. The level of physical education teachers’ leadership style had significantly positive relevance to students’ learning satisfaction on physical education.
