This research adopts questionnaire investigation method and the research targets are elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City Government. The questionnaire investigation adopts stratified random sampling survey. Effective questionnaire recovered is 454 sets and the effective recovery rate is 90.8%. The information statistics of this research adopts descriptive statistics analysis, independent sample T test, one way ANOVA, Pearson Product-moment Correlation, etc. Upon processing and analysis of the information, the research results show that On the organization change by teachers of different attributes, there is partial significant difference. And on the organization commitment by teachers of different attributes, there is partial significant difference. Furthermore, on the organization perception and organization commitment by teachers, there is significant positive correlation. According to the results of questionnaire survey to induce the conclusions and suggests of the research hypothesis, the implications of the findings for practice and further research are discussed. 謝秉蓉 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 75 zh-TW
