First, we exploit case analysis to explore how different the career developments will be for two employees with different personal traits in the same department. Second, discuss the personal traits from three different departments and further analyze the relationship between personal traits and remaining in and leaving office in organizations. We hope we can use the data analyzed as references for employee selection in the future to decrease the ratio of leaving a job and increase the company’s performances. Based on the purpose mentioned above, conducted data gathering in secondary data, we organized and filtered one hundred and nine pieces of data based on the analysis of personal traits from the examination of executives from the K branch of M Technology company to conduct analysis and discussion. As a result, we found that personal traits are positively related to the attributes of the departments, that genders and education levels bear a relation to remaining in and leaving a job. The data from the case company also reveals that remaining in and leaving a job are highly related to the personal traits of the employees, and those will affect an employee’s career developments.
