This purpose is designed for exploring the cross-level co-evolution of community of practice creation and performance and organizational innovation. This study adopted qualitative research to explore the phenomenon from the practice. In addition to explore the relevant literature, and in depth interview to collect data through a dialogue with the respondents, the perceived meaning and understanding revealed. In order to catching the realistic status and achieving the purpose of this study, the conclusion in the study: First, the knowledge was based on the organizational level reached by the mechanism of the evolution of knowledge innovation performance. Second, from the potential to the engaged, the community of practice was affected by the social capital theory to bring members of the community links. Besides, in the engaged, the community of practice shows mechanisms of organizational learning. In the adaptive, the community can use diffusion of innovation to the overall organization to enhance the competitiveness of the organization. Third, through empirical cases and interviews, the study of the evolution of this re-edit mode architecture diagram to close to the surface of the real practical phenomenon. Finally, the suggestions will be recommended in the study.
