The innovative and prosperous technology has shapes our life pattern different from the past. Researcher investigate the relations amog perceived value , cognitive interaction, satisfaction , using motivation, using behavior and interpersonal relationship of interactive process by users of popular mobile APP software-Line as major study object. The researcher use questionnaires to investigate in this study, recover 294 questionnaires totally, and 273 valid questionnaires. Research tools include " cognitive interaction "," perceived value ","using motivation "," satisfaction "," using behavior " and " interpersonal relationship " scales. The research results are presented as follows: 1. Cognitive interaction , perceived value , using motivation, using behavior had correlation with interpersonal relationship. 2. Cognitive interaction , perceived value , using motivation, using behavior are important variables affecting interpersonal relationship. 3. Cognitive interaction , perceived value , using motivation, using behavior had predictive power to interpersonal relationship. Finally, researcher find results summarily that users could exchange further by transmitting messages and interaction via "Line", thus their social interpersonal relationship would being closer mutually.
