Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 復建諮商研究所 === 101 === In view of research about employment for people with disabilities in Taiwan are almost in connection with preparation, vocational training and government policy, rarely to investigate the support demands and difficulties of post-employment on people with disabilities. Therefore, researcher explored the effect upon ability attribute and natural support to disabled people in workplace inclusion. And expect this study can improve their employment outcomes.
This study is conducted through questionnaires. A sample of 169 valid questionnaires was collected. The data was analyzed through descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Person product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression statistical methods. The results of this study are shown as follows:
1.The worker who with physical disability and mental retardation can gain more acceptance, and the acceptance they gained are significant more than sensory impairment.
2.Ability attribute is significantly related to workplace inclusion(r=.503).
3.Natural support is significantly related to workplace inclusion(r=.785).
4.Workplace inclusion can be predicated by ability attribute and natural support.
