Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 教育學系 === 101 === This study is to investigate the relationship among positive psychological traits, emotional labor and work Stress of teachers of senior high schools in Kaohsiung. The study adopts questionnaire survey and the teachers of public senior high school of Kaohsiung City as the subjects. A total of 476 questionnaires were distributed to 25 senior high schools. After recovering the questionnaires, the collected data were analyzed by using the statistical methods of t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, canonical correlation and stepwise multiple regression. Conclusions drawn from the study are listed below: 1. The positive psychological traits of teachers of senior high school in Kaohsiung are at high level and the perception of Active and Optimistic perspective is the highest. 2. The emotional labor of teachers of senior high school in Kaohsiung is at high level and the perception of Basic Expression perspective is the highest. 3. Work Stress of teachers of senior high school in Kaohsiung is of low level and the perception in Control of Students perspective is the highest. 4. Teachers of senior high school in Kaohsiung of 26 years seniority or longer, married and acting also as administrative work has higher level of positive mental trait. 5. Teachers of senior high school in Kaohsiung of 26 years seniority or longer and married has higher level of emotional labor. 6. Teachers of senior high school in Kaohsiung working with school of 23 classes or less have higher level of perception of work stress. 7. Teachers of senior high school in Kaohsiung having high positive psychological traits and high emotional labor have lower perception level of work Stress. 8. Positive psychological traits and emotional labor of teachers of senior high school in Kaohsiung is existed with direct correlation. 9. Among positive psychological traits, emotional labor and work Stress of teachers of senior high school in Kaohsiung there is reverse correlation existed. 10. Positive psychological traits and emotional labor of teachers of senior high school in Kaohsiung have prediction capacity of work Stress of them and Optimistic and Active, Basic Expression are the most probable for predicting work Stress. Basis the result of analysis of data, the researcher provides following suggestions for reference of education administration establishment, schools, teachers and future researchers in this field. 1. For education administration establishment: (1) Cooperating with educational institution in holding workshop of spiritual positive growth for teacher in summer and winter vacations (2) Providing opportunities for single teachers for interaction and partner selection by holding social activities. 2. For schools: (1) Establishing psychological counseling professional community with the leadership of senior teachers to share experience. (2) Promoting appropriate activities among teachers to relax potential stress 3. For teachers: (1) Finding the skill of emotional control and looking for happy factors in daily life (2) Flexible change students guiding and controlling manner and hold optimistic mood in performing jobs of teachers 4. For future researcher: Providing suggestion in the scope of research and method of research
