This is all done in order to achieve the purpose of teaching enhancement. The main issues of this research are listed as follows: 1. To develop a positive emotion-oriented life education program. 2. To explore the teaching process of positive emotion-oriented life education. 3. After completing the life education research, analyzing the changes of the students’ behavior 4. After completing the research, exploring the teaching growth and reflection of researchers. 5. Based on the findings, put forward specific proposals as a reference. Conclusions: 1. First, the study found that both target and process-oriented curriculum development are more consistent with the spirit of action research teaching program based on pluralism and are closer to the students’ lives—in line with the demand. 2. Teaching strategies: a. Experienced teaching videos are popular among students. b. Integrated curriculum does not repeat teaching, and does not waste time. c. Combining social resources can effectively facilitate teaching. 3. Teaching dilemmas: a. Students’ speaking skills affect the effectiveness of learning. b. There is a need to enhance the ability of teachers using facilities and equipment. c. Action research is a huge burden and squeezes out remedial teaching time. d. Evaluating the students’ affective vulnerability to the emotional impact is difficult. 4. Parents, teachers and students think that the students’ effectiveness of learning is remarkable, and the girls do better than the boys.
