Everyone wants to learn more about the band of this article can be referred to narrative approach, offered the band management experience in the development process for academy, education, and organizations. This research selected six key informants, three parents of autism band members, an assistance of the band and two instructors. Using narrative research methods, semi-structured interviews as well as relevant documents analysis were data collection and analysis. Based upon the search findings, some conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. Autism hyperactive behavior and emotional disturbances could be improved by band music persistent training. 2. It became a new alternative way of career for the members with autism that earned income by superior musical ability. 3. It had a positive meaning and value for the society that the members of the autism band can be cultivated for an excellent music performance. 4. To provide the long-term professional assistance for autism was better than to donate a large amount of money to the autism. 5. The parents’ pressure could be healed by the excellent music performances with the members of the autism band. 6.
