碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 跨領域藝術研究所 === 101 === ABSTRACT Female body image is a artistic image show creators use in Taiwan, the use of the body as an expressive medium and image of the show , and the symbol is translated into the image of the body movements. The potential of the body and willpower manifested in the body of creators, reflected in the artist's self-identity and motivation. This study explored the history of art from the traditional image of women in the male gaze, extending to the viewing of the mass media in today's society women image. In this study, six new generation of women creators: Lin Hsin-I , Kuo Hui-Chan, Chen Wen-jing, Hsu Hui-Ching, Isa Ho, Hou I-Ting, creators of works body image analysis. They display works by creators of different designs and interpretations of the female body image , expressing the concept of personal body with creative ideas. Taiwan's new generation of female artists by the image of science and technology, to change the gender of the female body, dismantling of open physical symbols and role identity, body image is easily disassembled and combined with the process of misplaced. Female body is no longer only a visual delight, but from the sense of self subjectivity.
