In this work, iron oxide particles have been prepared successfully by a reversed-micelle method of Fe(II) is modified Nia-C11-COOH. The characters of the synthesis steps were investigated. The research major analysis the extraction efficiencies were investigated by HPLC for Fe3O4@Nia-C11-Br-COOH. The optimal conditions and the extraction efficiencies are reported.
