| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 科技法律研究所 === 101 === Energy is based on national security and economic development. It’s the important principle for government policy to develop and efficient use energy. By setting energy-related fund can reasonable and effective use energy. It should establish a complete system of management and practical application about energy law, but now the energy policy just focus on guiding principle, plan and so on in Taiwan. In other words there are no specific legal norms in Taiwan. In order to make Taiwan’s legal systems more complete, energy policy should be included in our basic laws, and set complete systems of energy-related laws.
To achieve the goal that is about energy of research, development, management and practical application, Taiwan set three funds are Energy Research and Development Fund, Petroleum Fund, and Renewable Energy Development Fund. From this, the set of energy-related funds is important to energy and economic development in Taiwan. Therefore, this paper separately examines the three energy funds implementing democratic control of the actual situation.
