Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程研究所 === 101 === In this study, the wastewater treatment system is treated as the process of production. The wastewater is just like the material and the standard quality water is the product. Same as the quality of products should meet the specifications after the manufacturing process, the output of the wastewater treatment system has to meet the standards. Therefore, we introduce the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method, that is always successful to be used in assessing risk of product design or manufacturing process, to the wastewater treatment system with four stages for system operation risk assessment. When applied in the actual wastewater treatment system, according to the standard procedure FMEA assessment, through four stages : topics selected by the target, failure modes identification, risk index assessment and improvement, six high-risk facilities are identified to affect water quality. Finally, corresponding strategies are put forward to reduce the risk values. The FMEA method has been successfully applied to the wastewater treatment system of risk assessment.
