Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 環境與安全衛生工程研究所 === 101 === The reason for 90% of occupational accidents are due to human factors (unsafe behavior), enterprises should establish a safety culture in line with organizational characteristics, so that members of the organization to correct safety attitudes and awareness. This study to investigate the development of safety culture in the foundation, and other experts and scholars for the purpose of household sewing machine manufacturing safety culture in the current situation, refer to Wang & Liu (2012) to construct the full range of safety culture developed 18 safety culture dimensions table with a sewing machine manufacturing industry characteristics questionnaire designed 100 questions and measurement questions asked, a total of 250 questionnaires sent, 148 valid questionnaires, using SPSS and Excel for Statistics and Analysis. The results showed that the internal consistency coefficient of 0.9738, the questionnaire has good credibility, as the industry (corporate) safety culture measurement tool. The safety culture strength is expressed as a percentage, the plotted radar chart easier to observe the degree of the strength of the safety culture dimensions and differences in various dimensions of strength between 61% to 76%, 69.8% of the total intensity. Personal background information variables, analysis of variance (ANOVA), observed significant differences, further analysis of its impact factor. Variable correlation analysis found that gender, age, the industry no significant impact, seniority, education, job, there are significant differences which positions a significant difference in safety culture dimension. The purpose of this study in establishing the basis of the (home use) sewing machine manufacturing safety culture norm, as the industry assessment of safety culture and view the lack of safety management which provides improved; at this stage of the industry and health promotion relating to operating improvement, andthe depth and breadth of training related to safety knowledge needs to be improved.
