There is a large number of eWOM information in the Internet because people use many different ways to share experience of using product or service. However, before consumer want to buy any product or service, they will have a buying decision-making. They use search engine and keyword or social networking platform to search information about product or service. Because the eWOM information of the same product or service is in different platform, consumer can`t catch all information. And this study found that there are two kinds of consumers to search eWOM in the Internet. One of them has never used the eWOM platform, so they spend much time to repeatedly search on search engine. And the other one has used eWOM platform, but they found there is no enough function in the platform.
Therefore, this study will base on the user experience element model that Garrett (2011) proposed and combine the characters of function in the Pinterest and Evernote to design a eWOM platform (PinNoteWOM). This study use it to improve problem that functions are not enough in the eWOM platform and to increase the effectiveness of time and quality of searching information. And nine subjects that have abundant in using the Internet to attend interview. After they use the platform, they give some suggestions. Then this study will use the thirty-nine characters of TRIZ to evaluate the tactics of adoption, and edit the platform. And then this study base on the definition of user experience elements model to analyse advantage and disadvantage of five eWOM platforms, and combine the advantage and improve the disadvantage. Finally, this study will according the result of interview and analysis to propose the suggestion to design an eWOM platform for the future research.
