With internet commercial business increasing, consumers are used to collect information through friends, relative or social online platform in details. Hence, previous shopping websites can’t satisfy consumers already, and must combine social interaction and real-time function to organize community shopping websites. These websites should keep consumers’ eyes thought publishing lively articles not only with literal statement but videos and pictures, which strongly impresses users and make them believe it. Due to high autonomy on internet, anyone can declare their opinions, which affects user’s thought. But the amount of authenticity can’t be known exactly. Therefore, the major issue in this work is to explore the level of trust for community shopping website users by social presence and information quality. The study objects are community shopping website users and the study method is to release questionnaire on internet and then collect data to have statistics analysis. It’s proved that the better reality and convenient platform the community shopping websites offer, the more reliability users increase. The trust level of users is highly based on the quality of integrity, relation and accuracy of articles on websites. Among online communication of social presence and integrity of information quality, the trust of level displays strong connection. It’s concluded that the mutual communication between members and information range play an important role on the development of community shopping websites.
