Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 應用日語研究所 === 101 === This thesis is to study the realities of Japanese women’s works and marriages in the aspects of risks. In the past, we have been studying the individualization and variation of the risks as the results of the disintegrations of corporate centric societies and Japanese style welfare societies. On the other hand, there has been no study focusing on the risks of the women who are significantly involved in the change of eras. I concluded that the study on the risks of women would have the important significance in the study of Japanese women in the future. In this thesis, at first, I thought that the more variation of women’s courses of lives, the more the individualization, variation and liquidity progress. Then, I decided to try to study the backgrounds of the higher risks in the life styles of Japanese women and to investigate and analyse the senses of risks and realities of risks among Japanese women. As the result of them, I found that the extremely complicated issues have been made while the courses of lives of Japanese women have been varied, and the environments surrounding women are getting severe, so there are the higher risks in every course of life. As the results of this study, I narrowed down to the following three points as the causes of the higher risks of Japanese women. 1.The gap between women’s social advancement and the traditional corporate and family centric principles. 2.Lack of the second chances. 3.Lack of educations and supports which are designed for responses to the risks. In addition, I indicate the following three points as the Japanese women’s responses to the risks. 1.Build the systems which enable them to lead the flexible lives. 2.Build the new connections with the societies. 3.Changes from the traditional risk management to the self-reliant risk management.
