Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄海洋科技大學 === 漁業生產與管理研究所 === 101 === To investigate and compare the relationships between biological and environmental factors among seven regions of artificial reefs in waters off Penghu County, two scientific echo sounders, a side scanning sonar, an ADCP and a bottom trawl were used to conduct the field surveys from June to November in 2012. Except the above comparisons, demersal organisms sampling and investigating surveys were carried out by scuba diving. Results showed that substrata in artificial reefs (ARs) regions of Ding-gou-yu, Peng-na, Wang-an and Cimei were much more fine than in regions of Suo-gang, Xiang-lu-yu and Na-an-bei. The current speed around the ARs regions of Ding-guo and Na-an-bei was slower than the regions of Ding-gou-yu, Peng-na, Wang-an and Cimei. The seven regions of artificial reefs in waters off Penghu County can be divided into two or three types of ARs regions by cluster analysis. As similarity was 18%, there were two types of ARs Regions including Ding-gou-yu and Na-an-bei for one group and Suo-gang, Xiang-lu-yu, Peng-na, Wang-an and Cimei for other group. The Shannon's diversity index of catch from the seven regions of ARs was 1.99 and the Margalef's richness was 1.02. Shannon's diversity index of catch of bottom trawl from the seven regions of ARs was 1.7 and the Margalef's richness was 0.87. It meant that the distribution of species in these regions were very similar and even. There was no difference between month factor and income per unit effort (IPUE) by one-way analysis of variance (F=0.948). While comparing with regions, it showed that there was a significantly different between IPUE and regions. The mean IPUE from Suo-gang ARs was higher than the other six ARs regions. The reason that why the mean IPUE from Cimei was lower than the other six ARs regions maybe be its location was far from Penghu Island. According the investigation by scuba-diving, the species richness in Cimei ARs was much more diverse than other six regions. Results from this study suggested that the ARs regions of regions of Suo-gang, Xiang-lu-yu, Peng-na, Na-an-bei and Wang-an should be maintained the present condition or expended to setting more ARs among these regions. However, Ding-gou-yu and Cimei maybe maintained the present condition better than to expending more ARs’ setting.
