Organizations in order to maintain profits, employee’s emotional labor affairs increase divisibly, thus caused many negative effects and affect the origination's operational performances and competitiveness. The purpose of this research is to investigate the airline operational personnel in the airport in the fields of influence between emotional labor affairs, well-being feeling, and organizational commitment. and whether the level of well-being feeling affect emotional labor affairs and organizational commitment. This study proceeded with a survey questionnaires, and total of 432 copies delivered, returned with 353 valid copies, the valid return rate is 82%. The findings of this study are:(1)The emotional labor affairs of the airline operational personnel in the airport has a positive effect on well-being feeling; (2)The well-being feeling of the airline operational personnel in the airport has a positive effect on organizational commitment; (3)The emotional labor affairs of the airline operational personnel in the airport has a positive effect on organizational commitment; (4)The well-being feeling of the airline operational personnel in the airport has a modulating effect in the deep emotional camouflage of emotional labor affairs and the value commitment of organizational commitment; (5)The well-being feeling of the airline operational personnel in the airport has a modulating effect in the basic emotional expression of emotional affairs, the emotional diversity degree and the retention commitment of organizational commitment.
