The "Android" is an open-source operating system; users can design related functions according to the user’s demand to achieve its requirements. In this study, we employ Android as the platform for mobile phones device and use the Global Positioning System which in handheld devices to development the ship-assisted positioning and navigation systems. Through the network system, for each second the location information of mobile carrier and the geographic information can be send to sever, the ship's position and routes information can be obtain by inquire Google Map to simulate the Automatic Identification System (AIS) vessel positioning function, auxiliary vessels in offshore positioning, voyage record functions.
