Summary: | 碩士 === 南榮技術學院 === 工程科技研究所碩士班 === 101 === Bu-Dai was named Little Shanghai owing to its closest distance with Amoy Harbor. There were plentiful boats sailing to and fro between Bu-Dai and Amoy Harbor, showing prosperous scenes at sea. Nevertheless, the flourish at sea doomed to desolation with the confronting positions and the cut back on sailings. Though Bu-Dai then became a drowsy fishing port, it’s still full of unique views, such as lagoon, abounding biological resources, the spectacular scene of salt pan shining beneath the sun, and the special seaside religion of the deities and Mazu. Highly-developed technology enables local characteristics and cultures to be transformed and taught in a whole new way, such as the manipulation of the multimedia technology, IT integration in teaching and even vividly interaction experience. All these digital application may help integrate all affecting impressions about the history, the humanity and the biology of Bu-Dai into our lives, making Bu-Dai a smart town of Fish and Salt.
This research is based on the interview with local personnel of culture and history and the review on relevant literature, aiming at probing into both the glory days and the downfall of Bu-Dai. Another purpose of the research is to utilize multimedia tech, like e-book, filmmaking, and panoramic views, in order to reconstruct and collect the glory Bu-Dai with digital creation. Furthermore, these collected information, including Bu-Dai history, the cultures of worship, fishing lives, salt pan and the tasty seafood in Bu-Dai, could be integrated into the idea of “Trip to the Fishing Village in Bu-Dai”, and constructed on the net of “Bu-Dai-the Neo-Little Shanghai” on the Google map. With the plentiful stories and the digital technology, it’d be accessible to construct well-found landscape of Bu-Dai on Google Maps, publicizing the seafood, Zhou-Nan salt pan, preserved radish, mysterious nature protection district of Hou-Mai and deities religion and so on. We hope there’ll be more and more people taking part in the new education of Bu-Dai, helping its sustainable development.
