碩士 === 國立宜蘭大學 === 應用經濟與管理學系經營管理碩士班 === 101 === In recent year, user habits changes rapidly. Many payment types were developing. Near Field Communication (NFC) technology is applied in the e-money. Personal mobile devices will replace the currency at payment behavior. So users don’t need any money will be able to complete the transaction. This study explores the availability of user acceptance of mobile payment factors. Based Keeker (1997) development of Microsoft usability guidelines (MUG), combined with the user's security and privacy problem. Summed users pay for mobile usability considerations factor. And design dependencies questionnaire, and then design the formal questionnaire. This study invited in academia and industry experts for expert questionnaire. And apply the Analytic Network Process (ANP), to identify the relevance of the guidelines. Analyze the important factors criteria and weights sort. This study proposes research suggestion, and further increase user usage of mobile payments.
