Summary: | 碩士 === 國立宜蘭大學 === 應用經濟與管理學系經營管理碩士班 === 101 === The influence of dealers’ expert power and referent power on SME manufacturers’relationship quality is under developed, the purpose of this study is to fill this void.Cooperating with the Small and Medium Enterprise Association of Taiwan (SMEAT), 1000 questionnaires are distributed to the association’s members, and a sample data of SME manufacturers is collected for data analysis. The results of this study show that dealers’ expert power and referent power positively influence SME manufacturers’ trust and cooperation
which in turn affect their relationship satisfaction in a significant way.
