| Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 文化創意事業管理學系 === 101 === Under the influences of globalization and technology promotion, the pattern of the global economy has been transformed into a knowledge-based one which innovations are the key factor. In response to recent social changes in Taiwan, local industries are now facing the challenge of transforming, and many of them have been focused on rebuilding the local communities, developing local characteristics and integrating local cultural activities . Fortunately, the government also has been very encouraging to the community on finding their local cultural characteristics and promoting the consequensiveeconomical development. This study is to take SiluoYanping Street in Yunlin Country as the study case and investigate on how the local people take advantage of cultural sources in reforming the local industries.
This study collaborates with related documents and references, and focuses on community establishing, local cultural industry, especially creative industries, in hoping to be a groundwork for follow-up researches. This study also adopts qualitative research methods, such as case study, in-depth interview, document analysis and secondary data analysis. SiluoYanping Street in Yunlin Country, which is the target in this study, the author hopes to conduct in-depth interviews with local cultural workers, people who are in charge of promoting for local cultural and educational foundations, experts, scholars, and also the government officials. The content of the interviews will be then analyzed.
To sum up, this study has four conclusive points：
1﹒By discovering the distinguish features on local culture help the local industries find their own identification, raise their cultural consciousness and promote their economical development.
2. By stimulating the inter- industry trading focusing on design and marketing can boost the purchase,
3﹒By associating community runs,and interacts actively. Also,they have a great influence on local development.
4﹒By integrating all features from spot,line into extensive areas through the cooperation form civil organizations,thegovernment,and academic groups to activate local industry.
