碩士 === 南華大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 101 === 　　With smart phones and tablet PC''s popularity, digital tools have become increasingly mobility, coupled with bad diet, exercise habits and living habits, the number of people suffering from Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia and Diabetes on the increase. So the use of mobile phones or tablet computers for self-health management is gradually increasing. 　 　　Although there are already many research and mobile application(APP) combined medical information service, but functionality is incomplete, so this study will present related research and existing medical APP compared and found that current research and APP almost single disease or category based. Therefore, the system combines the concept of personal health care records, and related research and currently mobile medical APP''s function integrated into this system. The experimental results show the system has reached the concept of Personal Health Records, provide patients manage their own health information, as well as disease prevention, health alert and inspection.
