Moreover, relationships are explored among exogenous variables (previous experiences of interaction and teachers’ information literacy), perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and behavioral intention, via the Technology Acceptance Model.     Literature review and questionnaires named “ The Study of the Willingness of Parent-Teacher Interaction Through Facebook” are used to conduct the research. The questionnaires were given to a sample of elementary school teachers in Chiayi County. Descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and the Structural Equation Model are applied to data analysis via SPSS for Windows version 12.0.     The major findings are as follows: 1.Significant differences exist among teachers’ gender and weekly computer usage for teachers’ willingness of parent-teacher interaction through Facebook. 2. Previous experiences of interaction have a positive effect on both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. 3.Teachers’information literacy has a positive effect on perceived ease of use . 4.Perceived ease of use affects perceived usefulness positively and perceived usefulness affects behavioral intention positively as well.
