The purpose of this research has three : 1. to understand the factors that affect the the Cizek’s child art education thought, 2. to explore Cizek’s child art education thought, 3. to analyze Cizek’s child art education thought in Taiwan's development and impact. First, through historical method to collect the relevant historical data of Cizek, then the theoretical analysis method and biographic method to organize and analyze Cizek’s child art education thought and its influencing factors, and to do a complete introduction about Cizek’s child art education thought in order to understand the Cizek’s child art education thought, and thus a more basic understanding of the root causes of creative child art education. Finally, expert interviews to understand the impact of Cizek child art education thought on the development of visual art education, and its value on contemporary visual art education in Taiwan. Finally, and summarized the proposed Cizek child art education thought to provide the inspiration of contemporary visual art education in Taiwan. The conclusions of this research are summarized as follows: 1. The factors that affect the the Cizek’s child art education thought: young age to get close to nature, family who love art and music, and study period to observe children free graffiti, influenced by professional education, read the medieval art and books. 2. Cizek’s child art teaching was child-centeredness. He did not provide guidance on painting techniques, or the adult’s concept. His teach principles was "individual" and "liberalization". through the theme, materials and technology, freedom choice and creation, to achieve the result of self-education and self-growth. This is based on the concept of of Cizek naturalism and creativity of children and the organic development of child's painting concept. 3. In the 1950's, Cizek’s child art education thought through the Japanese magazine, books and Chinese art education literature was introduced into Taiwan. Through the use and promotion of the art teachers, Taiwan's freedom of painting teaching rose, the traditional concepts of art education broke, the educational goals of the honed skills into the mold mood, the leadership in visual arts education changed, and Creative Child-centeredness Art Education unfolded. 4. The inspiration of Cizek’s child art education thought to Taiwan contemporary visual art education: providing a child to the learning environment of Visual Arts, attention to child born of psychological growth and artistic development stage, inspired to respect the child's creativity and imagination.
