Summary:碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 101 === The purpose of this study was to understand the professional literacy of elementary school physical education teacher and compared the rank between cultivation and employment. The research method of the study was questionnaire survey. Questionnaire designed by the researcher called “The importance of professional appraisal questionnaire for elementary school physical education teacher”. This study distributed 55 copies to cultivation and employment. A total of 55 copies were returned. There covery rate was 100%. Data received were analyzed by expert choice 2000 and excel. The results of this study were as following: 1. The top three of professional literacy were teaching competence, curriculum design competence and professional commitment in cultivation. 2. The top three of professional literacy were teaching competence, class management and professional commitment in employment. 3. There was no significant difference between cultivation and employment for professional literacy of elementary school physical education teacher. Only in the class management and curriculum design competence appear some difference. 4. There was some difference sort in the rule hierarchy. Overall there was no significant difference between cultivation and employment for order of importance. The result shows that the cultivation almost able to fit the employment’s expectation and needs.
