Summary: | 碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 101 === The main purpose of this study is to compare and discuss the muscle activation difference in upper limb muscles when riding bikes in different slope, and when using different handlebar. In this study, we use Noraxon with the frequency in 1500Hz to collect eight participants’ electromyography signals when riding for 30secs. Then we use two-way ANOVA with repeated measures (α=.05) to analyze and compare data by the statistics software SPSS12.0 . If the difference is obvious, we use LSD for consequence comparison.
The result of the this study are as follows: 1. There is obvious difference in Extensor Carpi Ulnaris average electromyography when in the up-rise slope(p<0.5). 2. There is obvious difference in Flexor Carpi Ulnaris average electromyography when in the up-rise slope (p<0.5). 3. There is obvious difference in Flexor Carpi Ulnaris average electromyography when with the straight handlebar (p<0.5). 4. There is obvious difference in Bicipital muscles of arm average electromyography when in the 4°up-rise slope (p<0.5). 5. There is obvious difference in Triceps average electromyography when with the downward handlebar (p<0.5). 6. There is mutual affect existing between degree of slope and handlebar in Deltoid. (p<0.5). 7. There’s obvious difference in Latissimus Dorsi average electromyography when in the up-rise slope and in the flat (p<0.5). 8. There is obvious difference in Latissimus Dorsi average electromyography with handlebar, such types as downward, straight and upward. (p<0.5). 9.The average muscle activation in the slope study ranks from high to low is up-rise, flat, and then descent.
