Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 數理研究所(自然組) === 101 === Abstract Phase transition and structural distortion of silver nanoparticles under high pressure has been studied in recent years. However, there are fewer reports and discussions on the shape of the Silver nanoparticles under high-pressure. This thesis work on five samples of four shapes of the silver nanoparticles under high pressures up to 10~12 GPa at room temperature by using Angle-Dispersive X-Ray Diffraction (ADXRD). The shapes of samples are cubes, triangular nano-chip, decahedral and sphere. Two samples of different thickness for triangular nano-chip are used. The analysis results show that structural distortion of (111) and (200) lattice plane of different shapes of nanoparticles varies with the increasing of pressure. With increasing pressure to around 8GPa, fcc (face-centered cubic structure) and hcp (hexagonal closed packed) structures coexist in samples of triangular nano-chip and sphere. And fct (face-centered tetragonal ) structures of decahedral disappeared after 1.24GPa.
