Summary: | 碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 人資處教育行政碩士專班 === 101 === This study was to discuss the development process of the contest, “ Buoyant Recorder Melodies on Campus” in Miaoli county, in planning, determing, operating and its impact.
According to the research purpose, this study used a qualitative approach. Through interviews with the research’s core characters, we got to understand the contest’s origins and implementation plan. By collecting and referring to the first-hand documents, this study revealed how the contest’s overall plan has been improved over the years. Interviews with related judges showed their points of view and the inspiration of its reflection. After analyzing information, the conclusions are as follows.
1. The music contest, “ Buoyant Recorder Melodies on Campus” generated from the dancing contest “Pop Songs and Hot Dances.” To promote it a popular activity, recorders were chosen to set into an action.
2. The project “ Buoyant Recorder Melodies on Campus” resonated through dialogue and then was improved to make the participants have deep comprehension, common consensus and intensive identification. Therefore, the whole plan tends to execute more smoothly.
3. The project “ Buoyant Recorder Melodies on Campus” was well prepared before executing. The thoroughly preparation helps to reduce obstacles.
4. Based on newly experienced problems, project executors made improvements to enhance the project’s overall integrity and suitability.
5. The project “ Buoyant Recorder Melodies on Campus” encourages the normal music lessons and enhances the recorder teaching popular and stable.
Finally, according to the conclusions, the researcher made suggestions to school administrators, as well as future research as reference.
