However, “European Union” build up by himself to more and more stronger to become a world wild leader. Humanitarian aid always follow up international law. “Justice”, “Prejudice” and “Neutral” is the main issue of the European Union. When accident happened European Union will give their fully support no matter they are a member of European or not. Here are the mean points of the essay： 1.
