By means of interaction and interchange among members, knowledge benefits the organization with effective value. As one of the key success factors in knowledge creativity and business management, knowledge sharing helps improve the efficiency and achievement in teamwork through conversion and migration of itself. As is highly recognized, the measuring scale for willingness to knowledge sharing is pressingly necessary in theory and practice.
According to the literature reviewed, the measuring principle of knowledge-sharing scale includes four viewpoints of concepts, such as interaction, communication, learning, and marketing. This paper uses paper-based questionnaires as practical analysis in military college of domestic. The effective rate recovery is 94.3%. The reliability and validity are verified by Structural Equation Modeling and Social Network Analysis. The measuring scale with norm, conclusion, and recommendation is proposed in this paper so as to be reference in academia and practice.
