This research objective is through the questionnaire discussing the influence of Bank Industry Workers’ job insecurity, person organization fit ,job satisfaction and job performance in Taiwan. The purpose of the study is to examine the mediating effects of job satisfaction on the relationship among job insecurity, person organization fit and job performance . The study framework and hypotheses were established through literature review, and the empirical study is conducted by using questionnaire investigation and related statistics techniques. The research handed out 500 questionnaires, among which there were 388 questionnaires valid with the availability rate of 82.5%.The results of empirical research is analyzed by hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The findings based on the results of the research are follows as: the significant negative correlation between job insecurity and job satisfaction;the significant positive correlation between person organization fit and job satisfaction;the significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and job performance;the significant negative correlation between job insecurity and job performance;the significant positive correlation between person organization fit and job performance;job satisfaction would have significant mediating effect through job insecurity influencing job performance;job satisfaction would have significant mediating effect through job insecurity influencing job performance。Finally, the recommendations based on the findings and conclusions of the research were presented for future studies.
