This study would induct a operational risk management model to analyze potential risk factor of fighter explosive device of egress system on supply and maintenance. To make sure effective and efficiency way of the risk control has been decided which makes the supply and maintenance better than ever. And assure the pilots can escape from the danger under the critical situation with system functional normally. Fighter explosive device of egress system are limited to the life limit which make the manufactory to begin process of product after receive the order form buyer. That become a longer lean time. So it is very important to the management of risk. The explosive device of egress system are different from the others on-board materials. Thus, it has potential risk about human factor during the process on procurement and repair work. This study to the research is analyzing the risk factor of logistical support on fighter explosive device of egress system. The purpose are going to lower the risk of the supply and maintenance which assure the risk under control to meet the schedule replacement needs. At the same time, keep supporting the egress system.
