In this study, a psychiatric hospital in the southern conducted by researchers at December 2012 to March 2013 for between intensive, eight respondents agreed, the use of interviews, recordings, records over into qualitative information to for data analysis, description and interpretation. The researchers found that people in the south of the families suffering from chronic mental illness, the inherent direct recourse to medical institutions, but also no shortage of the first four praying to gods, often the first step in the early onset of delayed treatment. And the relationship between caregivers and patients can be through the marriage relationship, the responsibility for housework at home, women bear the primary caregiver responsibilities. This long and endless chronic mental patient care, from handling unexpected situations, physical and psychological care as well as economic costs, etc., all fall on the primary caregiver who. The findings suggest that the current public sector and welfare of the Act, an offering grant aid; quadratic total control of health care by the visit, only to see the inviting primary caregiver distress only. So NHI should amend the law to make a positive assessment of chronic mental patients in the long-term placement agencies set up to improve the operation of the main caregivers living the quality of care.
