This research aims to explore surreal puzzle game level design, its component relationships, and refers to analysis of results as a basis for creating games. After excluding irrelevancies to the subject of this study and repetition, the number of samples studied was 121, in which a total of 21 categories were surreal games. In a puzzle game visual performance, hand-drawn lines and vectors can be divided into two major lines of style. With the difficulty and complexity of the crossing, the number of components will increase the number of components that affect the following clearance results. Create games to be considered when the number of components as well as its balance, in order to allow players to enjoy it difficult to fatigue. The use of Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Flash and ActionScript3.0 language to create games is divided into six levels. Creating the surreal hand-drawn style based puzzle games requiring rich stories and varied text layout in visual communication screen performance was also fascinating, while the production and presentation of how to balance the game dynamic effects is a major issue. Future for related game creators as a reference basis for the future if the relevant research in the process and component level analysis of some tests with the game, if the creator of the graphics capabilities in a more vulnerable or not familiar with programming language pairs, we recommend looking for professionals to create a more complete game.
