However, the popularity of information technology today allow personal data digitize, and exist with several types such as hard-copy or electronic everywhere. Since these data may be exposed to a high risk environment, the protection of personal information has become an important issue in the current management. However, the Personal Data Protection Act Enforcement Rules specify that the eleven security maintenance measures, but its content is still very abstract. In particular, the Enforcement Rules of the safety measures, what is "personal data security maintenance as a whole continued to improve," the more people unable to understanding. The primary purpose of this study is to construct a set of technical considerations, detail, supplementary protection of personal information management mechanisms and loking for a public section as a case study to verify the enforceability of this management mechanism. This research mainly through literature, generate a set of personal data protection law based management mechanism in the first phase;The second phase uses the Delphi expert survey to confirm the suitability of this mechanism and the correct classification;Finally the third phase using a case study approach to evaluate the enforceability of this mechanism. In practice, this mechanism allows community organizations in any case, all personal data can be risks arising, adopt appropriate contingency measures;In follow-up studies academic issues related to personal data protection law to provide a reference.
