Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 材料科學與工程學系 === 101 === This study was prepared Titanium dioxide by hydrothermal method, Analysis of the crystalline phase composition of TiO2 by X-ray diffractometer, and observe the surface morphology by scanning electron microscopy.
Experimental parameters is based on Cuo’s experimental results. Cuo is senior in our laboratory. According to his results, he successful prepare Titanium dioxide particle and the mixed phase of rutile. So, we hope improve his experimental parameters.
First, we choose difference acid type. For example: Hydrochloric acid, Nitric acid, Sulfuric acid. The difference acid type will affect the Titanium dioxide of phase and particle size. Second, we change the Titanium dioxide precursor content on difference acid solution. The results, difference precursor content will affect Titanium dioxide of phase and particle size. We also investigate the phase transform process on Hydrochloric acid solution and Nitric acid solution.
Finally, we selected Titanium dioxide powder from difference acid type solution to methylene blue test. The results, Preparation of sulfuric acid with Titanium dioxide anatase phase generates the particle is the best parameters.
