| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 企業管理學系 === 101 === Nowadays, business employs more in green management on account of seriousness of environmental degradation, governmental policies and pressures from competitors and consumers. This study focuses on discovering the greening measures in hospitality industry based on triple bottom lines, investigate the green supply chain management practices implementation construct and its measurement items. Two bouts of survey are conducted to collect and generalize respondents’ opinions. 9 and 6 experts equipped with hotel management profession are respectively experienced fuzzy Delphi method and Analytic Network Process to synthesis analytic results. This research aims to provide general green policies for hoteliers to reach sustainability, fill the gap of earlier studies to reshape green supply chain management of hotels, and offer weight of seventeen green practices as a means of measurement for hotel managers.
