Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 諮商與臨床心理學系 === 101 === This study is an phenomenological psychological research on the bodily experience of “Chi.” The aim of this study is to investigate the bodily experience of “Chi” with phenomenological methodology, explore the experience of bodily feelings, and understanding the meaning and relationship between bodily experience and the existence of human being. The study have three participants to provide their bodily experience during the “Chi” activity. Through the analysis of participants’ experience, our study had mainly discovered the general structure on bodily experience of “Chi” as following: 1. Seeking for the feelings of “Chi” but failed. 2. Experiencing the significant feelings for first time. 3. Calling the significant feelings with “repetition.” 4. Synthesis the bodily feelings and the environment material with “feeling pattern.” 5. Experiencing the transition of space perception and body status. 6. From intra-body experience to inter-body experience. And based on these developmental process of bodily experience, the study also understanding more about the interaction between human and their bodily feelings, the experience of transition through these interaction process, and the meaning of these bodily experience.
