Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 生物機電工程學系研究所 === 101 === The decrease of crop yields causes food crisis due to human population increases, climate change and prices increases. Therefore, increasing per production is a feasible way using plant factory produce in limited arable land.
The research establishes plant factory monitoring system of human-machine interface using LabVIEW programming. The way is that capture environmental factor data using 8051 microcontroller transmission as a basis and restores measured data. It builds the environmental factors database for various crops cultivated in plant factory.The experimental results show that the design of the automatic monitoring system, the temperature control system is stable in cut off outside air exchange condition. The part of humidity control is that when the measured value reaches the set value, the humidifier off and the humidification fan is turn off in the meantime, the humidity control will be high stability. The part of carbon dioxide control is that control strategy is to calculate the discharge flow rate of the carbon dioxide per unit time firstly, and then control the relay turns off, the system required shorter time to reach steady state, so the control strategy determines the long the monitoring system reach a steady state time. The research of personal monitoring system applied to operate and test plant growth chamber. The results showed that plant growth chamber has a high degree of stability and practicality.
