Most organizations now adopt online information systems to do transactions, project cooperation and information sharing , which greatly enhance their operational performances and efficiency. However, when using the Internet to complete these works, organizations are faced with the risks of employees leaking out business secrets, productivity decrease and information security risks. In order to reduce the risks mentioned above many organizations have established Internet use regulations to monitor their employees’ Internet using behavior at work. This study explores the influence of Internet Monitoring on employees’ performance and behavior. The development of this model is based on Organizational Justice and Organizational Trust theory, and it is tended to find out whether the perception of Justice in Internet Monitoring can affect employees’ trust about the organization, as well as further affect employees’ working performances and behavior. The participants in this study include 362 enterprise employees collected from online questionnaires in Taiwan. The result of our studies can help organizations realize (recognize) the contents and regulations of Internet Monitoring, as well as the affections toward employees’ Organizational Trust and the working behaviors.
