They are in a very competitive business. They are facing greater challenges and having more difficulties in their operation. In Taiwan, e-commerce business is around 400 billion NT dollars a year. It is convenient to shop in virtual stores but it also has lots of frauds and scams in e-commerce business. Shoppers feel more reliable to a real store but feel more convenient to a virtual store. To sync the benefits from both of real and virtual stores, it is a great solution to combine wholesale and e-commerce businesses together. In 2004, METRO Group and Cisco co-work a “Future Supermarket”. This study will focus on how to use touch panel, RFIF, and clouding technologies to create a whole new “Future Supermarket” to reach a three-win solution, benefiting to consumers, operators, and suppliers. In this study, the system modeling development is based on UML structure and includes the stages of planning, analyzing, designing, and implementing. All starts from use case modeling and needs to finish the processes of static view, dynamic view, function view, design view, deployment view to better understand the system structure and the performance results. Following CMMISM Level 3 standard can also ensure the system quality, Since METRO Group brought the “Future Supermarket” idea in 2004, technologies have been improving, new technologies have been adopted in our life, and customer behaviors have been changing. In current, these factors influencing the wholesale business are just right to support this study. Consumer acceptance, consumer decision making, and consumer behavior models are another key factors affecting the wholesale business, and therefore, they will be discussed in this study.
