| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 森林暨自然資源學系研究所 === 101 === Pasania konishii (Hayata) Schottky is one of Native tree species, it is valuable on Ornamental, edible and medicinal .In this study ,investigate the cultivation process ,include germination promote, to breeding a better seedlings .On Germination promotion, fresh seed germination rate of 30% , GA31000ppm treatment germination rate can be up to 56%;after four months cold stratification treatment seed by the control group 67% is the best ,the treatment of 45 ℃ warm water and GA31000ppm are not promoting the germination, it shows cold stratification promote the effect of treatment for the germination of the Pasania konishii .After eight months cold stratification seed by husking the seed coat had the highest germination rate, and the germination rate of 90% maximum after clammy layer, and the average germination date of the shortest in 14 days.
